A pale straw coloured liquid with a fruity sweet-sourish aroma distinctive of crushed ripe strawberries.

Specific gravity at 25 deg C: 1.013 - 1.016

Application

This flavor emphases on the fruitiness of ripe strawberry with minimum green note. It has a good creamy textural feel of the strawberry crush fruit flavour which is ideal for ice-cream, cream filling, candy and jam application

• Ice-cream: 0.1% - 0.15% w/w
• Cream filling: 0.1% - 0.15% w/w
• Jams: 0.10% w/w
• Candy: 0.15% w/w + 0.6% w/w citric acid.
