• Ice-cream: 0.1% in ice-cream mix
• Soft drinks: 0.1% in ready-to-drink
• High boiling candy: 0.25% in base + 0.6% Citric Acid
• Cream fillings: 0.1% in base
• Milk / desserts / jellies: 0.1% in base
